403 Error when setting the plugin on heteml server
403 error is displayed sometimes when setting up plugin.

Change the email address at "To" and Save. Then 403 Forbidden screen is displayed.

This is due to WAF setting of heteml server.
1. Login heteml and go to WAF setting.
2. Choose the domain name to set WAF setting.
3. Set WAF setting "OFF"

It takes half an hour to a few hours that WAF setting is set/killed.
